Here's one for all of the Cowgirls out there: The American Quarter Horse Association will offer a $4,000 side pot at the 2022 West Coast Barrel Racing Association Finals September 2-5 at the International AgriCenter in Tulare, California.
The open-race side pot entry fees are $60 and will offer $2,000 added per round. The entry fee will cover entry into both rounds. 75% of the entry fees and 100% of the added money will be paid back.
Exhibitors can enter the side pot at www.saddlebook.com or on-site, up until the start of the race. To enter, the exhibitor must be a current AQHA member, and the horse must be registered with AQHA.
An AQHA representative will be on-site to assist with AQHA business and memberships, as well as answering questions about AQHA programs and more.
